We are excited to announce that we are recruiting a Project Worker to support our work in West Dunbartonshire, this will include our work alongside New Scots and the Moments of Freedom project.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about community activity, with local links and knowledge of the areas where we are working.
The Project Worker will work alongside our Community Development Adviser and Community Worker to support local people, including New Scots, to influence and shape their community. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract, we offer flexible working and this post is 32 hours per month, this is roughly equivalent to two half-days per week. These hours can be worked flexibly across the month to fit in with other work or volunteering commitments, family or care responsibilities with prior agreement from your line manager.
