Do you have questions about your home? Not sure where to find out that information? You’re definitely not alone! Our amazing Housing Owls Volunteers set up stalls at hospitals, libraries and community groups to speak with older people about their housing questions. We shared information on where to get help and had open conversations to find out what support was really needed.
The project is now in its second phase. Our friends at Falkirk Citizens Advice Bureau have taken over the project and will be sharing information on all things housing. We are working with Falkirk CAB to arrange for them to visit groups and events for older people to share their knowledge. If you work for or go to such a group then let us know if you would like Housing Owls to come along and answer any questions by emailing alice@otbds.org.
