Food hygiene course in Moray

Our Coastal Connections project has been very busy over the last few months in Moray and we have organised a food hygiene course in Burghead Community Hall.
The course will take place next Friday, 1st September, between 11:30 and 6 pm with food and drink provided – and lots of yummy cake!
The course is free and open to anyone living in the coastal Moray community who might be interested in learning a new skill.

Course success story

Earlier this year, through our LINKS Eyemouth project with Scottish Government CLLD funding, Abundant Borders delivered a Food Hygiene Level Two course which resulted in one of the local women securing employment.
She attended the slow cooker and food hygiene course in March and had secured employment by July.
Jade said “to anyone who takes part in this course, take it all in, it is so worth it”.
