There was lots of inspiration and food for thought last week at a session we went along to with Angus Voice. Members welcomed Art Angel, a unique and inspired arts project run by and for people with experience of mental health difficulties in Dundee. Folk from the Network of Wellbeing based in Huntly also came along which promotes and supports people to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

A great lunch was followed by an Open Space discussion facilitated by our Chief Executive Anne Connor exploring views on arts activities, friendship groups and local inpatient care developments. A lovely welcome from all at St Andrews Church in Arbroath made the day a real treat and it was fantastic to see the connections being made, including having Sandra from local charity Reach Across see her family member Morag for the first time in years!
