Outside the Box provides community development support to people and groups who want to make changes in their communities.

We are recruiting 2 part-time Development Workers who will each focus on the new Rural Wisdom project in a local area. This project is funded by The National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.

We are also recruiting a full-time member of staff to work alongside a range of local groups and projects.
