Started 2018. Queer Families Glasgow was set up in 2018 to provide peer support sessions for LGBTQ families in Glasgow. We meet monthly for an informal group session with arts and crafts, activities, and visits from local LGBTQ artists.

Started 2020. Falkirk Food Connections aims to use food as a tool to bring people together to chat, meet new friends and feel less lonely. It will also be looking at ways to bring together organisations and communities together to build stronger relationships.

Families Wellbeing Active
Started 2020. The aim of the Families Wellbeing project is for people to feel more connected, less lonely, more resilient and supported. We are bringing together a range of practical ways to connect with people now and in the future. It is sharing and celebrating tips and suggestions to encourage people to maintain and build connections in their communities and neighbours as well as peer connections.

Started 2020. Committed to Good Support develops practical resources for community groups to respond inclusively to Covid-19. This makes it easier for older people to get the support they need and actively shape their communities.

Angus Transport Connections Active
Started 2020. Angus Transport Connections is a short project exploring transport problems in Brechin, Edzell, Kirriemuir and the surrounding area. The aim is for the community to work together to improve access to local transport. The project will find out more about the problems people have using transport and what they need. It will also ask people about solutions and learn from other communities.
