We would like you to join us in a discussion about how communities and health and care systems can work together in Scotland.

Communities’ response when we went into lockdown in March in supporting people’s health, wellbeing and social care needs was incredible, with local people coordinating different responses quickly and effectively. Once again, we find ourselves in lockdown, and it now feels more important than ever to understand how we can help community organisations and health and care systems to work in partnership and support our communities.

We would love to hear your perspectives on the experience around:

· How community-based organisations or initiatives are working in ways that support the health and wellbeing of local communities

· What conditions help and hinder you to work in partnership between communities and HSCPs

· What you think needs to happen next to nurture trust-based partnerships in your city and across Scotland
