    Rural Wisdom: Connecting the Dots (North Angus)

    We welcome all older people, community groups, voluntary organisations, health and social care services, development workers and anyone else who wants to be part of the conversation to help us with planning what follows on from Rural Wisdom in North Angus.

    Our Connecting the Dots event will take place on Friday 18 January 2019 from 10:00 to 15:00 in Brechin City Hall.

    Rural Wisdom – Connecting the Dots in Highland Perthshire

    The Rural Wisdom Project has been working alongside older people community groups and other organisations. Now we’re planning what next and we want you to be part of the conversation.

    We welcome older people, community groups, voluntary organisations, health and social care services, development workers and anyone else who wants to be part of the conversation to come and help us join the dots.

    Rural Wisdom – Living Well with Dementia

    Location: Birnam Arts Centre, Birnam

    The Rural Wisdom project are holding a ‘Living Well with Dementia’ event with guest speaker Agnes Houston. This will take place on Tuesday 12 March 2019 in The Birnam Arts Centre, Birnam.

    The event will include a information and Q&A sessions with Agnes Houston and the newly formed Support Choices team for Highland Perthshire.

    Agnes campaigns for better understanding around the sensory impacts of dementia and the Support Choices team for Highland Perthshire can provide advice on Self Directed Support (SDS) which helps being people get the most appropriate support in their area.
